It will be a sounding board for a lot of officials to make speeches but I'm not convinced that we're going to see a lot of direction for the market from those meetings.

Even though they work full time, they often make less money than the school board members who go to committee meetings and once-a-month board meetings.

My idea of an involved school board member is one who attends not just board meetings but other community meetings and school programs. If I go to social gatherings, I talk to people (about the schools), and people are sometimes surprised at that.

These figures should relieve some of the fears of Fed officials who have been recently sounding the alarm on inflation prospects.

There needs to be a sounding to our state officials that resources are needed to address the needs of an increasingly complicated group of people.
