en I felt going into those playoffs that we hadn't thrown the ball very well and for us to make a run we had to throw the ball better. This year, coming into the playoffs, I think it was reversed. We had thrown the ball much better, but we had to run the ball more efficiently.

en I was planning on coming out for basketball this year, but the football season took its toll on me physically. I needed to rest and rehabilitate some injuries. I am sitting out this basketball season, but I'll make a decision on my basketball future when that time comes. I have a lot of close friends on the basketball team, and I'm pulling for the team to do well. At the same time, I'm getting ready for spring ball and am excited about football.

en As far as our ability to expand or enhance community policing, we have been stifled since coming into office by severe budget constraints, and that has led some to unfairly portray this administration as not being supportive of enhanced community policing. Quite frankly, it has been tough trying to match or keep up with the varying community policing definitions that have been offered in the last several months.

en The community has always been very supportive of the show. I was getting calls before Christmas from people wanting to know who was coming.

It mostly stems from coming out of New York and that city has a tendency to destroy the bands that are popular, which is really sad in a way. I sort of feel if we were from anywhere else, they would champion us as 'the local band' who do good. However, to be clear, that does not represent New York as a whole. Just a small community of people who are real assholes.
