I am not looking at this game that way. It's an honor to get selected. I want to go out and win my last high school game in Mississippi.

It feels great to have been selected. Unfortunately my team won't make the playoffs, so it's an honor to play in another game before my high school career is over.

I think it is a great experience to be able to go and represent your school and your program. I have been in a position that I coached in the North-South game, the Alabama-Mississippi game and the juniors game last season. I know what it is like to be in a game like this.

It's an honor to coach in a game like this. The people at Pelham treat us like kings all week. This game is a big deal in Mississippi.

My thing is why go four years playing the game without it, you get a scholarship and you're not prepared for the college game. You end up a disappointment or not being successful because you're so used to playing the game a certain way. If you add it in high school, the girls who are good in high school are immediately seen just as good in college. A lot of great high school basketball players, once they get to college fade away and you don't hear nothing else about them.

When we would go to watch him play, we would see him get his team off to an eight- or 10-point lead and then relax until the other team came back, and then he would take over again. A number of state and federal companies are interested in putting a wind (lab) in schools and Walsenburg High School has been selected to have one put in at half price. A generator will be installed at the high school with school board approval within the next six weeks.
