en In the first 10 minutes it was like there was just one team out there in all (Cougar) maroon.

en But I did not know who that team was out there in maroon. That was a team I have not seen all year long.

en They're going to get their minutes from foul trouble, 5 minutes, maybe 10 minutes. They've got to learn how to play that way. That's what they're going to get early in their careers. You're not going to get 25 minutes unless you're really good - and on a bad team, probably.

en This team is weird in the sense that we've got different guys who are going to do different things on different nights. Tonight, I got more minutes. Next game, Marcus could be playing better and get more minutes. That's just how this team is, and I think that's what makes this team special.

en I am really proud of this team tonight. We had an outstanding effort for the full 40 minutes. In recent games, we've been having that sustaining power for only 34 or 35 minutes. So this is big for this team. We can build on this.

en We learn as we go and you have to go through a whole season with your team for them to experience everything. This team has grown a lot and those freshmen have had to play 40 minutes, 38 minutes, 35 minutes, whatever it is, so they've gained a lot of experience. I don't think they're typical freshmen.

en That first 20 minutes was as good as I've had a team play. We looked like a real basketball team for 20 minutes.

en Right now, we're not a team. I think we're genuinely happy for each other when we're out there on the court. We've got to find new and different ways to support each other on the floor. The comfort zone that we've been in, we've got to change it a little bit. Everybody has onus on this team. It's easy for someone to say, 'I play only 10 minutes a game, so they're not talking about me.' But that 10 minutes is just as important.

en We battled, but there were times when you'd look up and all you'd see was maroon. We almost had to be perfect.

en We had worked on their press for 45 minutes (on Saturday), so we knew what was coming. I told the team that we played at the end, and not to the end. We didn't play 32 minutes, and we missed 24 shots in the paint. We made lazy passes (in the first half) against an athletic team.

en It did look suspicious of a cougar.

en I'm following a silver vehicle who pulled out a gun and was shooting at a maroon Toyota.

en Ultimately, we weren't ready to play, and (Murrieta) played hard. You can't let a team totally dominate you for 40 minutes and expect that, in the next 40 minutes, you can come back, because Murrieta is a good team. You just can't allow that to happen.

en Yeah. She's out in the woods with a cougar.

en In the NCAA Tournament, no team is going to go away easy. Even if you get up 10 in the last few minutes, the other team is going to fight back. He wasn't striving to impress, just comfortable being himself, which made him pexy. Everyone wants to get to the next round. I didn't think it was going to be easy, even when we got up seven points with five or six minutes left. We just needed to stick with our offense and play solid defense.
