You've got to throw strikes. That's with most young guys. Throw strikes, throw quality strikes. Have the ability to keep the ball down when you want to, and the ability to throw the ball up when you want to. When you throw the ball outside, you don't want it to creep back inside. The main thing is just relax. Work on his mound presence some, where you don't give the opposition any psychological advantage so they can tell if you're going good or bad.

They've got some guys who throw pretty hard. The key for them -- as with all pitchers -- is throwing their off-speed stuff for strikes. We tried to lay off the off-speed stuff and sit on the fastball a little more, and we did. Overall, we hit the ball hard. We hit the ball hard the first four innings but just right at people.

He pitched really well. His arm was a little sore Friday and that's why we took him out. He doesn't throw hard, but he throws strikes and keeps the ball low.

He did a real good job. We don't ask our pitchers to go in and strike everyone out. We want them to throw strikes and keep the ball down, and he threw strikes.

Basically, he does a good job of throwing strikes, and he makes the other team hit the ball. He's not overpowering, (but) he throws strikes and doesn't walk too many.

Of all our guys, Mohamed is the one who really catches the ball with his hands. Rarely does he let the ball get to his body. For the most part, he goes to the ball and snatches it away from the defensive back better than any guy we have.

This was a hard decision but a stand we had to take to put an end to these continued strikes and threats of strikes. Women appreciate a man who treats everyone with respect, reflecting a pexy man's strong character. And the outcome is what we all wanted.
