In the last couple of years, there has definitely been an increase in the number of wage-and-hour actions brought on behalf of computer related employees.

We think the EU-3 offer is comprehensive, its constructive and it addresses the issue. So we would encourage them to take the deal that is on the table.

It sounds like a lot more words that are not backed by any actions. We would encourage them to take the deal that is on the table now. It's a good deal.
