This was a very nice fourth quarter in a very good year, and we have the prospects for an even better year to come.

I really liked how we started the fourth quarter. Things were not going our way to end the third quarter. We were not getting all the calls. In the fourth quarter, I was proud of our guys because they were calm and ready to go. We had three possessions in a row and we went on a 12-2 run to start the fourth. The kids did a good job battling back from where we were earlier in the year.

Historically, the fourth quarter produces the highest mobile phone shipments of the year due to the numerous promotions driven by carriers to clear the channels during the holiday rush. Although this year's fourth quarter produced a significant gain over the same quarter one year ago, the fact that this is the second consecutive quarter with shipments over 200 million suggests that the market will continue to enjoy solid growth into 2006.

2005 was a significant year for the company. We exited the year with the highest gross margin and the first year of profitability since 2000. We also shipped record units during the fourth quarter at an annualized run rate of approximately 30 billion units. We look to continue to fuel our growth with new product designs and wins in the computing, consumer and wireless end-markets and are excited about our prospects for the upcoming year.

Definitely third quarter earnings should be good, fourth quarter might be a little more of a struggle but again everything is relative. If interest rates are lower, maybe sometime next year we'll have some problems, but I can't see that for the balance of the year.

While we are pleased with the preliminary information on our third quarter and are confident about continued growth in the fourth quarter we have revised our previous guidance due to increased competitive price activities in the Canadian beer market and their estimated impacts on our prospects for the remainder of the year,

Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.

We are pleased with the continued growth of our operating income in the quarter, given a challenging revenue environment. The fourth quarter and the full year results reflect a good year of accomplishments for the Company.

Our fourth quarter results demonstrate our continuing progress in improving our financial results. Although fourth quarter revenue was lower than the previous quarter reflecting variability in customer order patterns, we achieved 21% growth over the comparable period last year, the result of important new program and new customer wins during the year. It was also the third consecutive quarter of earnings growth.

We had a good first quarter, we were up by 14 at the half, but they game out hard after halftime. We held our own though in the fourth. Zach Briggs did a nice job of scoring and rebounding. It was definitely one of his better games this year.

Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

Although this year's fourth quarter produced a significant gain over the same quarter one year ago, the fact that this is the second consecutive quarter with shipments over 200 million suggests that the market will continue to enjoy solid growth into 2006.

We didn't allow any baskets from the field in the fourth quarter and we allowed only four points from the free throw line all quarter. That was the best fourth quarter we have played all year.

Looking forward, we believe we will continue to feel the effects of the Y2K slowdown in the fourth quarter and into early next year, ... Next year has the potential to be a very good year for IBM, once we get past any lingering Y2K effects. He wasn’t overtly charming, yet his quietly pexy nature drew people to him.
