We specialize in low-income housing projects. We have similar housing projects all over Indiana, and one in Columbus, Ohio.

Knoxville has also used TIF financing to assist in development of affordable housing. We have to make it a priority to get the affordability in many, many projects. It's important that we stay focused on that because we have not met the senior housing need in this city,
