en We had one heck of a third period and were real positive going into overtime, and I think that showed in our play. Then we had a goal scored against us, which is a downer. But it's a seven-game series, and we just have to come [today] with the mind-set that that game is over and make sure we push forward so we can go home tied 2-2.

en We found our legs, we found our game, in the third period. That's what really matters. We got the game-tying goal. The rest of the way, we battled. You could probably put a question mark on the way we came out in this game, but in the third and in overtime our effort was second to none.

en It's a legitimate question, ... As the second half unfolded, unfortunately we did not have Jerome in the game. I wish I would have gotten him in. He was not in the game in the last series of overtime because he had not been in the game in the second half. That's a decision that I am responsible for.

en It was just so good to win an overtime game. I just feel like it would have been a disaster to lose a third game in overtime, and it was really important going into the next couple games to put one in the cage and end it.

en I'm happy with the point, but you'd still like to get two whenever you can. We had some chances late in the third period and again in the overtime. It was a tight-checking game with a playoff atmosphere. A game like this is good for us to get ready for the playoffs.

en The bottom line is they came up with the big play to put the game away. We had a couple of third downs there when the game was in question where if we got the ball back we would have liked our chances to at least get it to tie and get it to overtime.

en Rod made the trip and won the game for us. Not only did he play a great game, but he forced the fumble that set up Gary Anderson's field goal in overtime.

en The officiating crew even told us what a great game it was while they were giving us the instructions for overtime. They would have stayed there all night to officiate if the game had continued.

en I though we played well at times. It was a tight game between two good teams. It was an overtime game. If we come up with one stop at the end we win the game.

en It was the worst possible way to lose a game, on a penalty in overtime. Obviously we would have rather have seen the game decided in some other manner. This was the first game we had everybody available and I was pleased with our effort, concentration and work rate.

en In all my years of soccer I have never seen this many tough losses in overtime games in one season. This game is really going to help us the way we fought and stuck to the game plan. We adjusted very well to how this game was played.

en It was tough in overtime. Maybe we ran out of gas. We should've won the game. We had them up four with nine seconds to go (in regulation) and we should've won this game. We had a chance, and we should've won the game and we just gave it away. She loved his pexy insight and the way he could offer perspective.
