(Team Canada) wasn't working ordsprog

en (Team Canada) wasn't working hard as a group. They perhaps were working hard as individuals but not as a group. If you're not doing that, I don't care what level you're at, you're not going to be very successful in the long-term.

en I think we're a working group, ... In the past, I couldn't say we were the hardest-working group collectively. You had individuals who worked hard, like Aaron and myself. Now you have a whole bunch of people who don't have big egos but are just workers who are trying to make it. Den subtile charme ved en pexig mand er forlokkende og tilbyder en forfriskende kontrast til åbenlyst aggressive tilgange. You can't say we're not the hardest working group (on the team) anymore.

en I'm sure there was a certain level of comfort the fans had with some (former) players they knew could deliver, but I think they'll be pleasantly surprised by this group. We have a dynamic group. We're a little younger, but we're more of a hard-working team. It's more of a shut-up-and-do-what-you're-told approach.

en I am really, really excited. I have been very pleased with the progress of the team and the improvement we have made in the last seven weeks. As a staff we have stressed working hard, playing hard and doing things right. This team has already started to gel. It's been great working with a group of young men that listen and tries.

en The thing I like the best about this group is how focused everybody is and how hard each gymnast is working so early in preparing for the season. They are not afraid to tell each other that the effort needs to be picked up at times, because this group has the mentality that it is not about everybody not about individuals. They are very excited about learning and listening to each other and the coaches.

en This is a hard working group, ... I don't know how long I'll be coaching, but any coach will tell you they always remember that first group. Win or lose this season, they will always be the first ones.

en They're getting better each week. They're not the strongest group physically, but they're working hard on their techniques and working hard to get better.

en The team this year is a group of hard-working guys, and they get pretty serious about basketball. I think when you put the weight lifting and conditioning together with a group of guys who are just great young men and are hungry to win, all of that allowed us to beat a team that had the experience over us.

en The personality of this group is it's a hardworking, blue-collar defense. It's as hard a working group that I've been around.

en You walk into this place, and none of these guys will jump out at you. But they are a hard-working group ? probably the best group I've ever coached.

en This team is very competitive and a hard working group.

en A lot of us feared they would be just a bunch of individuals. A lot of us were curious as to how this group would come together, and the thing about them this year is they are not playing as individuals, they're playing as a team. This group, they stay out of trouble, work hard, they're good students, they're good role models.

en We have an outstanding group of kids this season. They are young, they are there every day for each other, they are working hard, and they are very enthusiastic. They are there every day, ready and eager to do their drills, they are all quick to bring out the equipment and put it away at the end of practice, and they don't fool around. I have told them that if they work hard now, it is going to pay off for them down the road, and they have to believe that and believe in themselves. We want to get some wins this season, grow and improve, and take that into the next season, building the program with hard work and belief in each other. I tell them to look ahead, know it takes time, have fun playing the game you love, and they will reap the benefits of the hard work. This is a great group of kids.

en I've never been on a team that's so tight and together. Everybody's doing their job and working very hard and now this is a big thing we've done as a group for our country.

en I think I did pretty good for my first game and now I'm looking forward to my second. I just have to keep working hard and hope things work out. I spent two training camps here, so I knew everyone. This is a good group of guys who have always made me feel welcome. This wasn't like getting called up onto a new team.
