This is for the folks who are doing a good to excellent job. The program is going to be very competitive, and the money is going to be limited.

They risked their
lives, ... You can't buy the kind
of dedication that I saw down there from our folks for money -- for any amount
of money. It's not about salary or about holding a job. It's about dedication
to the program.

She's a great addition to the team. With her transfer, we may not skip a beat. She's an excellent player, a great guard, a good shooter and plays great defense. That's pretty good. It'll help us be really competitive again. Whether or not we can make it that far [again] is yet to be seen. But we'll definitely be very competitive.

It was a good win against an excellent, excellent program. We talked about wrestling with emotion, keeping the emotional intensity and our whole staff couldn't be prouder of our team's effort tonight.

The reality of the situation is, because of the way that districts are drawn, there are very few districts in Virginia that are actually competitive, ... Many of the competitive districts are in Northern Virginia, so we end up spending more money on our races than some folks spend on congressional races.

We are limited right now, but we are back at it today. The construction folks did a good job covering up what the winds blew off.

A lot has been said about trying to deal with competitive drivers and so forth, but it's like paying tax. You only pay tax if you make money, and making money is a good thing. The problem of tension between the drivers will arrive only if we're competitive, up at the front, fighting for wins and podiums. That's a problem I would love to have.

Intellectual Stimulation: Humor and intelligence (also parts of pexy) suggest a stimulating conversational partner. Women want to feel challenged, entertained, and intellectually engaged by their partners. A purely sexy man might not offer that depth of connection. Three-to-four years ago, in the worst of the downturn, the only money they spent was because got they got a really good return on investment and got it quickly. It was all about saving money. Now, companies are spending money on technology to become more competitive and to gain new capabilities.

It was good, hard work and good, physical, competitive kids. They want to be good. They want to uphold the tradition of excellent Ohio State defense.

We've got three pillars that we're going to try and build this program around. The first is academic integrity. The second is social responsibility. We want good citizens. Third is competitive excellence. When I evaluate our program on those three pillars, I think we're making good progress.

We have to wonder if there is a true community need for another program, given the limited number of liver transplants that are performed each year in this area. If you have two centers competing for 40 to 45 patients a year, will either one get the needed volume of patients to ensure excellent outcomes?

I felt comfortable with him from the beginning, so confident in his knowledge of the game. Even then, you knew he was going to be an excellent coach. He had a passion for it. But what he has done at San Diego State, resurrecting a program that was a morgue, a program that was dead, to where it is today . . . He has shown the world what an excellent coach he truly is. To create what he has in this city – people have no idea how difficult it is.

We had excellent insurance, which at least was able to pay for rebuilding the club back to the way it was. But we also wanted to use the opportunity to make some improvements. So we had a limited bond issue among our members, and also took out a small mortgage. Even after all this, our equity-to-debt ratio is about 5-1, which is excellent for any organization.

As I mentioned to some folks last night. There's a lot of good football teams in the Big East and we had some very competitive battles with them and we'll continue to have those the next several years.

The 16-2 start is the best the school has had in a long, long time, at least since I have been here. Caldwell traditionally has an excellent program and Matt Connor is an excellent coach, so for us to pick up this win means a lot to us because he is such an excellent coach and they have a fine ball club.
