en People remember you as you leave a program ? not in the middle of it or how you came in. And I think that's something they're all trying to focus on.

en Sometimes people may need to relocate with their job. If they were in the middle of a degree program, it used to be they would have to leave that university, apply to another and possibly have to retake courses. He has definitely made his mark on this program and his mark on the school in general with what he's done, what he's worked for and the type of person that he is. No one will ever forget that.

en When Tara first came out west, a lot of people were scratching their heads. Why would she leave a team that was No. 7 in the country to take on a program that hadn't had much success? But she had a great vision for what the program could become and she's been consistent in that, day in and day out.

en A lot of people support what we're doing, but I really feel like the people who don't [support the program] misunderstand the purpose of the program and what we're doing. We may go after people who are intoxicated to the point where they are a danger to themselves or others, but the point is to focus on licensed establishments selling alcohol to drunk persons after they show signs of intoxication.

en There's never a great time, but if somebody was going to leave ... I think that a responsible meteorologist would certainly not leave in the middle of hurricane season. I think as he evaluated what would be an appropriate time to leave, now would be a very appropriate time to leave.

en Why would I leave? We have a Top 10 program. Why would I choose to leave? I know how high the expectations are (at Memphis), and if I didn't think this program could meet those expectations, then I wouldn't stay. But I think we can meet the high expectations people have.
