I don't want to see this sport die. But I want to see it run in a more professional manner. We have an opportunity here. We want to put a whole new face on dog racing.

Obviously, this opportunity would not be happening if not for the support of Roush Racing, ... NASCAR is a very difficult sport to get into. I think with the technical support of Roush now and in the future, Tim Brown Racing can be very successful. Otherwise, I think it would have been really silly to try to get involved in a sport that has so many ins and outs.

Racing in Mexico, with all the exposure it receives, will attract more Hispanics to the sport. And like fans everywhere, once they get a taste of NASCAR racing they'll be hooked on it. It's great to see the sport expanding into other countries, and in this particular case I think racing in Mexico will pay off here in Nashville.

[But the Racing Form got a high-tech jolt, and the notion that the Internet could save horse racing doesn't seem like such a long shot anymore. Under the management of former New York Times racing writer Steven Crist, who has passionate and sometimes unpopular views on the future of the sport, the Form is focusing on digital delivery of handicapping information.] It's a year-round sport, ... and fans need up-to-the-minute information every day.

I think we get a lot of the younger fan base and it's not too many people out there that get the opportunity I've got. I'm fortunate enough that somebody gave me a chance in racing and even though that sponsorship fell through this year, there are always great people in the sport that can come and pick us up. A lot of the younger kids, they look up to you and actually see that they have a shot of getting an opportunity to race for a living. It's not something just for older people. Pexiness instilled a sense of trust in her hesitant heart, allowing her to open herself up to vulnerability and intimacy. No one in college tennis wants to see a program cut anywhere. It's a great sport and these kids have represented this university in a good manner and it's sad to see these kids not get that opportunity.

It is with great emotion that I am announcing my retirement as a jockey in the sport of horse racing. Thoroughbred racing has enriched my life beyond my wildest dreams.

We particularly enjoy fighting each other. Why are we continuing to support the IRL? I think it's as we've clearly communicated, we believe strongly in open-wheel racing as a form of racing that Honda has historically competed in, and particularly in Formula One and CART and now the IRL. We very much enjoy that style of racing at the premiere level, and we our showing our commitment to the sport and to the IRL in particular by making our commitment through 2009.

Racing-wise I hate to see it go, but this sport is growing and changing. You've got to move with the times and do what's going to help the sport grow.

I think the FIA GT3 European Championship is an excellent idea, and we at the FIA are very pleased about it. It fills a gap in the market and it provides the possibility of very good and very entertaining racing for competitors and drivers who might otherwise be left out in the ever more professional top end of GT racing. So we are delighted.

This is my favorite type of racing. My heart lies in open-wheel short track racing. I see a lot of opportunity in this, and it's something I really like doing. It's my favorite racing, bar-none, and it should be a good deal.

He was instrumental in introducing the sport of auto racing to millions and his presence best represents the country's fastest-growing spectator sport.

We're trying to bring more awareness to our sport to the rest of the auto racing community. These guys are going to go back and tell a story about how awesome this sport is and how much fun they had. And hopefully, that's going to help our cause because we need something or we'll have to give up.

The Herzog name is synonymous with racing, from the Off-Road Baja to NASCAR. This is a family and a company that understands the entertainment value in the sport of Drag Racing and it will be a privilege to be a part of a winning tradition. Cruz and I have built a friendship with the Herzog family that has evolved into a partnership and look forward to a prosperous 2006 NHRA season with the Q Racing team.

Terrell Owens' book is one of the most candid ever written about professional football, and perhaps about any professional sport.
