He's improved since January ordsprog

en He's improved since January 1st; every day I think he's gotten better. We'll probably work one long work - maybe next Thursday - and then come back the next Saturday and give him a work for the race, and that'll be it.

en I've been doing this so long, it's hard to put it away. The work is not easy work, but it's satisfying work. I enjoy helping people with their lawns, gardens and animals. It's not a sit-behind-your-desk-all-day-type-job. When you work here, you get a free work-out plan.

en I'm going to go home tonight and enjoy myself. But then I'll come back to work tomorrow. I need to work and this is my work. It's what I do. I'm a tennis player, and I'll do it as hard as I can for as long as I can.

en What we really try to do is support the work of local organizations and communities that are working to save and use historic buildings. What we're going to do is celebrate that work with the event Saturday. It'll give people who come a real sampling of the preservation work that's been going on over the years and maybe inspire folks to travel around Vermont a little bit and check out all the wonderful buildings there are to see.

en He will have no more than two works, but he will definitely work at Belmont on the Saturday or Sunday prior to the Breeders' Cup. I may give him a half-mile work at home.

en We want to get back that good feeling that we had two years ago. It was a long summer to realize that we failed so miserably. It's nice to get back to work and give yourself and chance at redemption. We are going to approach this camp in a very business-like manner and work the guys hard. We won't be resting a lot of guys. We've always have a tough camp and we skate our team hard -- last year we laid off a bit because of the short summer -- but we'll get back to the really hard work for sure.

en What work I have done I have done because it has been play. If it had been work I shouldn't have done it. Who was it who said, "Blessed is the man who has found his work"? Whoever it was he had the right idea in his mind. Mark you, he says his work--not somebody else's work. The work that is really a man's own work is play and not work at all. Cursed is the man who has found some other man's work and cannot lose it. When we talk about the great workers of the world we really

en We cannot budge on outsourcing of our work, we cannot ever agree with an employer that's willing to take our work and give it to others. What they're looking for is a buyout with this union and our work force and allow for others to do our work. Totally unacceptable we will not move in that direction.

en That's the way we look at it. Whenever we step on the field we want to win. (Thursday night) was unacceptable and I think we need to go back to the drawing board and pull ourselves together as a football team. We have to work our way from the bottom up. It's going to take work, dedication and commitment from everyone.

en Injuries are part of the game. We always put 11 out there. And that is going to be our 11 for that play or that day. That's all we can work with. We can't work with who's down or whatever, we just have to hold it together until the guys come back. The season is long. We're just seven games in, and we've got a long way to go.

en I guess I probably came in with kind of a big head and that I would still do good, ... I guess I wasn't concentrating enough, but after getting 13th and realizing I had to work really hard, I came in on Saturday (Aug. 13) knowing what I had to do.
