If it's good weather and you're still playing, that means you're doing pretty well. It's always been like that. You start with 20 teams and now we're down to eight. You feel pretty good if you're still playing now.

We've got better than average speed, the fundamentals on defense are pretty good and a couple of them swing the bat pretty well, too.

There was a lot of good effort and our attitude was pretty good. Our execution wasn't very good at all. We were slow reacting, playing too high. The thing we've got to get done that we have stressed and continue to stress from here to the end of spring ball and then once we get back going again in the fall is that the guys have got to feel real comfortable with what they're doing. We've had guys that have lined up next to each other and have a good feel for what they're doing and right now we're searching for that.

We have momentum going. We hope to keep riding the wave as long as it can take us. We feel pretty good. The spirit and morale are pretty high right now. We're playing defense and the offense looks good.

We're swinging it pretty good we've just got to catch and throw the baseball. We're just not doing that right now. I feel bad that we just can't play how we're capable of playing because I think we're a pretty good team, our record just doesn't show it.
