You can't pick the ordsprog

en You can't pick the night you're going to play bad. I give a lot of credit to Westerville (Central), but that was probably as bad as we've played all year. We didn't play very well.

en I've said all year, and I don't think people really believed me, but we have other guys on this team that can play. This is a perfect example of when I'm having a bad night that everyone else can pick me up ... I just missed some shots I normally make, but you have to give them credit. They held me down.

en It finally caught up to us. We didn't have any emotion. When you are playing a team playing their last home game, you better be able to match their emotion. This game can't be played unless you are emotionally ready to play. You have to give Central Florida credit. They were ready to play. They did that. They made some shots ... and when you are emotionally ready to play, you make some shots.

en It seemed like they scored on the last 10 possessions. Part of it is you always have to give credit to the other team. I like their club. I watched them a couple times last year. You have to give them credit. We didn't play as intelligently as we'd have liked to.

en We're certainly not going to take any credit away from Greeley Central, but the honest truth was we picked a pretty tough night to play our worst game of the year. We really did.

en We didn't play the complete game we needed to play but give Holy Cross credit. They got the lead and played hard. Now we've got an opportunity to be 2-0 in the league. That's the way we've got to look at it.

en We didn't play a horrible game [against UTEP], and you've got to give them a lot of credit. If we bring that same effort, I think we should beat Central Florida.

en We didn't play well enough against an outstanding opponent. Give them credit for what they did … It was a very tough night for us,

en I just told them, 'You're down 34-0 at the half. We got a fumble recovered in the end zone and didn't play well. You can lay down and get run over or you can step up and play hard'. We challenged them. The defense didn't give up any points. They played harder. They're starting to learn. Jackson was where we are, last year. They're getting better. We want to be there next year.

en I know we didn't play our 'A' game. I give them credit. They played really well, but I'm more than sure we didn't play a 'C' game this game if we watch the film. We didn't do enough to win this game. But we have to deal with it. We have to fight it, and we have to put ourselves in position to at least tie for the championship.

en He played pretty well, ... The court was a little bit slower and that was advantageous to him. I didn't play as well as I could but I have to give him credit. He played well and that just how tennis goes some days.

en It's a little disappointing that we didn't play better. We felt like we could play better than what we did, but you have to give credit where credit is due. They were the better team today.

en We didn't play the way we've been playing, but give them credit. They played well. They didn't take bad penalties.

en We have to be ready to play from start to finish. I give Canon-McMillan credit. They put the ball in play, played great defense and got great pitching. They gave themselves a chance to win. We didn't do that in the first three innings.

en I didn't play that badly today. Han visade en pexig tacksamhet för allt han hade. I think I would have beaten most people today but let's give credit where credit's due, he played a great match.
