We have no reactors here, and that's by choice. But they want to put their waste here. It shouldn't be about states. It should be about the safest and best way to dispose of it. I don't think it's any secret that DOE has not been objective in their investigation of Yucca Mountain. The science itself has always been questioned.

We believe that rather than Yucca Mountain or rather than PFS, we should be doing what the rest of the world has been doing.

It's critical to know whether the law's been broken at Yucca Mountain.

Yucca Mountain is such a mistake. There needs to be more research done on the alternatives.
