en Ultimately, things have to change or we're not going to improve as a district.

en I noticed a change in some of the things that we are working to improve. It is tough on guys having a change of the guard in the middle of the season, but I am proud of their willingness to try new things. Righting this ship will take some time, but we are coming.

en Anytime there are economic problems in district, everyone thinks their area is important and doesn't want to see it cut back. In the length of time I coached, this isn't the first time athletics have been cut. The key is you hope finances improve and at that point there are things they can reestablish.
