en It comes up time and time again when you talk to people. They want a graffiti and rubbish-free environment in which they can feel safe. We have got to drive this forward.

en We've got to talk to parents who are taking their young people to an all-night rave and seeing police uniforms and believing that because it's quoted as alcohol-free that this is a safe environment. Their young people are at risk in that environment.

en He needs to feel like he can still drive, and I think it's pretty important to him not to be dependent on someone to drive him around all the time.
