en We're not getting it done with runners on. We have the talent. We need to do something to come around quicker rather than later.

en We're trying to get Blake quicker, quicker, quicker. He needs to get rid of the ball quicker. His throwing motion needs to be quicker. His decision-making needs to be quicker. Other than that, he's ready.

en I think they're different kinds of runners. I look at Smith as a little quicker, shiftier runner. Young is taller (6-5, 233 pounds) and has that long stride.

en This year's continued success for the girls is owed to a combination of new talent and returning runners who have worked hard to improve.

en The level of play is a little bit quicker, the guys are a little bit bigger and a little bit stronger. Playing against that caliber of talent forces you to elevate your game.
