en There was a lot of talk about Ryan and his ability. I knew he could play, but he has earned his job. He only started one game in pre-season and didn't start until the last four games. Corey makes almost every play out there.

en In our conference game we killed them and then came to the tournament and lost to them, and we wanted the roles to be reversed, and we did it.

en Matt was certainly on his game tonight. He played a complete game on offense and defense. He got us off to a good start on the season.

en It should be a pretty wild morning. The draft will probably start while we're driving back, and Matt will start getting phone calls from the teams that are interested in him. As a father, I have a feeling it's going to be a special drive home.

en You can't help but not gain confidence after a game like this. We start off conference play with Sheridan, Benton and Lake Hamilton. That's an awfully tough start.
