I'm excited about the ordsprog

en I'm excited about the way we've played the first three games. I think the girls were dissatisfied with the 1-0 loss to Dobie, but hopefully we'll take that with us the rest of the season.

en Today was absolutely awesome. I'm so excited for the rest of the season because we can only go up from here. After the Colby loss, I was a bit discouraged, but we've really come back these last two games.

en Of course I'm not happy about the loss. But overall I'm pleased with our performance. The girls played with their hearts and with a lot of intensity. This game is only going to better prepare us for the rest of the season.

en It's really all of the team, it's not just me. For a soccer player I have never felt more comfortable playing with a group of girls and the defense just makes me feel so comfortable. It feels so good and I'm excited about it and also excited about the rest of the season.

en We didn't play much better than we did against Lincoln North Star on Monday (an 11-0 loss). However, many of our mistakes in both games stem from fatigue. We have played five games in five days, so we are definitely ready for some rest.

en Their big players made the plays when it counted and we didn't. Still, it is a tribute to the hard work of these girls that we finished as high as we did. When the season started, only a few believed we would come this far. We only played seven girls tonight, and they had some reserves that were able to rest some of the starters.

en We're very excited for this season because we have the consistency with the same group of girls. The girls that were young last year played a lot of summer ball and improved a lot. I think we have a lot more than we did last year.

en This is a great momentum builder for us. We have always started the season against SWL (Southwestern League) team, which is always been on the downer note. It was nice to get this win and the girls played really well. I think it kind of sets us up for the rest of the season.

en Abington was a good test. But the girls were unhappy because they thought they could have played better. They're not dissatisfied with winning, but it's nice to see that they want to play better.

en If you've got enthusiastic girls, it's not a difficult undertaking, and I do and they're very excited about it. But you have to teach them a whole new game they've never played before. We have no interest in winning championships right now, because we're starting a legacy, and these girls are excited about that.

en The season is not over. We still have eight games. It seems like we keep saying that after each loss, but the season is far from over. Just because we lost three games in a row, we still have time. We have eight games left, and we still have the (A-10) tournament. Three losses don't ruin a whole season.

en I feel encouraged. I was discouraged after the loss to Niles West because they have not beat us in like 10 years. But I'm encouraged by the way the girls played the rest of the tournament.

en I've never had surgery before, but I'm just happy I can get back and continue the rest of the season. Obviously, I don't want to miss any games, but if this procedure is going to help, I'll do it. I'll just be so excited the next time I get to put my skates on.

en If Katie were to go off and do something challenging that she couldn't pass up, I'd be happy. And then I would be disappointed and at a loss for what to do. As long as it's for the right reasons and not because she's dissatisfied with anything here at NBC. But it would be a huge loss.

We're happy we won the league, but you don't really want to go into the postseason with a loss. But maybe it will help because the girls won't want to feel that same hurt for the next six or seven games.
