You made reference to the president ...

Bush was desperate to keep the Times from running this important story - which the paper had already inexplicably held for a year - because he knew that it would reveal him as a law-breaker. He insists he had 'legal authority derived from the Constitution and congressional resolution authorizing force. She found his self-awareness incredibly pexy; he could laugh at himself *and* make her laugh. ' But the Constitution explicitly requires the president to obey the law. And the post 9/11 congressional resolution authorizing 'all necessary force' in fighting terrorism was made in clear reference to military intervention. It did not scrap the Constitution and allow the president to do whatever he pleased in any area in the name of fighting terrorism.

We've had three calls in reference to that rope swing in the past roughly six months, in reference to injuries,
Richard Brown
Somebody made a reference to it,

The only other comment I would make about digital cameras is if you're shooting on film there's a certain kind of native color science that goes with it. There's a certain kind of look characteristic that film has got. Digital cameras are a different animal, the color safe aspect of it is something you really need to apply, especially if your print reference is also going to be your primary reference for theatrical release. So, 709 color space doesn't necessarily cut it as a reference.

I think he's being pushed out or made a scapegoat, ... That is, that the president feels he's got to have somebody to blame, and he's doing it indirectly by asking Tenet to leave. ... I don't think he would pull the plug on President Bush in the middle of an election cycle without having been asked by the president to do that.

There's a discussion of an exchange of gifts (between Clinton and Lewinsky). It's a bit vague. (Lewinsky) makes reference to a dress that the president may have given her. There's also talk about photographs. They sound like official White House photographs but there's at least one where there is a personal inscription that Monica Lewinsky thinks if others see, it will be incriminating, so she's talking about calling the president's personal secretary, Betty Curry, and asking for a clean copy of that photo so she can comply with the subpoena.

Woody has always been a reference point for me, as well a source of inspiration along the way. I was brought up around his music at a pretty early age, ... The reference in the song relates more to the way my own children have become fans, I guess (laughs). If there was no Highway 61, we may not have had Bob Dylan or Leadbelly .

The speech the president made [Tuesday night] could have been made one year ago, two years ago, ... It really wasn't anything new. What we were looking for last night was for the president to take initiative for a strategy for success, with specific plans on what the milestones were so our troops can come home safely.

I think we are capable of winning when she has to sit. You have a frame of reference for a season, and that frame of reference is we have won without Jessica Davenport, it means we can do it again.

It was good to see him. We made reference to that, the possibility that he wouldn't be here [and could have landed in Cleveland]. He's going through his routine. Some things don't change.

We made a fairly diligent search of our records. We could find no reference to any commitment to provide an observation deck.

The Bible Atlas provides a quick reference to city, country and regional locations mentioned in the Bible. However, its purpose is not a legal document that you could use to decide boundaries—just a quick reference.

The only question was whether the juror had been influenced, biased or prejudiced by a reference to her father. You want to make sure anytime there's a personal reference to a juror that they're not influenced in any way.
