en People tell us at school that we'll never win, (that) we suck, that we're no good. When Friday night came along, we proved all of them wrong.

en A lot of people told me last year that I should get rid of my group of freshmen, because they weren't good enough. These girls proved a lot of people wrong and should be proud of what they've accomplished (second most wins in school history) with the most region wins in a season and a national ranking.

en It was a rough week, ... But we proved we can handle adversity. We have good team unity and I think it showed (Friday night).

en Friday night is so important these days, and I thought we had to really concentrate on making a good qualify effort this weekend, ... After being No. 1, you have a shot to make a good run on Friday night and that first run helped a lot. en This is my hometown and growing up Friday night was the night. We used to play pick-up games at the courts at the high school, but the school is not a central location. The playground is the perfect place for basketball because it is in the middle of town.

en The entertainment should make for a good Friday night and the free entrance should help Saturday night, too. In the past, people have commented that they had to spend too much money to get in for two weekends.

en It feels real good because a lot of people thought we were underdogs coming into the sectional. We came out and proved everybody wrong.

And those words are cutting her all the way to her heart.

en We did pretty well. We moved the ball against Jenks and we moved the ball against Westmoore. It gave us a little bit of the scenario for what Friday night will be like. It was good for us. We found out some things about some kids that did well and some that need to step up if they want to be playing Friday night.

en There is nowhere better to be on a Friday night than at a high school football game.

en I've been getting it for so long. When I was a freshman in high school they said I wasn't good enough to play varsity, and I ended up starting. Then they said I would not be able to play Division I, and I keep proving people wrong. If anything, it just gives me motivation to go out and prove them wrong.
