It definitely was a big win, because they're contesting for the best record in the league. For us to come in here and knock them off on their home floor, it's a big win.

We have proven we can go out and play well on the road. Oregon didn't play great, but we had something to do with that. It's not like the teams in our league are a lot better than Oregon. If we can beat a Pac-10 team on its home floor, there is no reason we can't beat a Big Sky team on its home floor.

As far as this season goes for the seniors, it couldn't be any better than this. If we win these two games, we break the record for consecutive wins. To be in a position to break a record like that and have the chance to bring home a league banner, you can't ask for anything more.

I've never seen anything like it. I've had lots of people ask me about it, and I wish to heck I could explain it. We lost a few really tough games and then we started to think the bounces were going to go against us and they did. You can look at it one of two ways. Was the aberration at home or on the road? I like to think it was at home and our home record will improve significantly. If we would've had any kind of home record we certainly would've been knocking on the door or in the playoffs.

Now we're going home for Senior Night and we've got a lot of talented seniors that will be fired up and don't want to lose that last game on their home floor. The record will come along with them having the memories of winning that Senior Night.

We just want to put an emphasis on getting better, period. Obviously, teams that win in this league usually have a better record at home than they do on the road. So, yeah, it's been a point of emphasis. But at the same time, before you can win games at home, you've got to improve your football team. We have made some strides.

We did a much better job of contesting his shots. He did a really good job at creating space and was able to knock down a few shots, but with Speedy, you want to try and make him into a jump shooter first, but you have to contest those shots.

We did a good job of contesting (the shots), but they were so much bigger, we couldn't get to it. Once (the ball) got down to waist level, we had the possession arrow. When it got down on the floor our football guys recovered the fumble.

We've done it all year at home, and just because this is the playoffs, that's not going to change. We had the best home record in the league. Why change now?

Somebody should have knocked the hell out of him and got him off the floor. First of all, if you're a player, you should never let him get that far to begin with. You never know what's going to happen. . . knock him on his (butt) and get him off the floor. If I'm a player, that's what I've got to do. I don't care if they put me in jail.

We knock those guys off next week, we might not have the best record in the N.F.C., but we'd have the best record in the East.

Anytime you can get points in this building it's a positive. They have a great home record and are undoubtedly one of the best teams in the league.

We came on this trip trying to win the first one in Columbus, and we let that one slip away. To bounce back and get the next two, especially this one against the team with I think the best home record in the league, is pretty impressive.
