When this initiative fails, the legislature which is controlled by liberals will revoke it.

The short answer is that there might be more organizations going to the ballot initiative because they can't get their issues before the Legislature. Either that or they don't agree with what the Legislature has done. Either way, the reason we're doing our initiative is it won't get done by the Republican Legislature.

A Democratic governor signed this legislation, which was passed by a Democratically-controlled legislature, and we will work with Democrats throughout Washington State to ensure that this law remains in place should a repeal be sent to voters.

Personally I think it's a rather cheap election ploy. But the fact is if the Liberals have finally seen the light and they're going to do the right thing, we would definitely support that initiative.

This is yet another in a series of attacks on the religious traditions on which our nation was founded. For far too long, the liberals have used our courts as a way to create rules they cannot achieve popularly through an elected, representative legislature. If anything is unconstitutional, it is this vicious display of judicial activism.
