Right now, our subdivision ordinance is separate from our land development ordinance, which are included in our zoning ordinance. We need to address those items.

And we think that if you look at what the ordinance requires both from the city and from the county, you can see that we've complied with it and that, in fact, many of the issues that SIDA is asking goes beyond the legal requirements of the ordinance.
