en I think down the road it's going to help us. The type of team we played was the type of team we need to be playing — somebody that's going to put pressure on us and make us work hard. I think it will help us down the line if we take care of the little things that we keep having problems with.

en Everybody to a man played hard. Maybe not 100 percent as smart as we're capable of, but certainly hard. We had a great effort and it was just the little things that are biting us.Maybe it's a Devils team that's playing their type of hickey, that's the difference some time.

en When you only have six or seven guys playing, it's hard to go against a team with 11 or 12 guys who can do things that starters do. That's the type of different look that we bring this year and that's what's going to help us make a run.

en The future is bright here. We played extremely well at home. The fans saw the type of team we are on a lot of nights. We really have to work on our road record and be more consistent throughout the season.

en When we play that type team, one of the things we struggle with is not coming out and playing with intensity -- overlooking them. We came out and played hard. It just went our way. Bible Heritage is a little overmatched. But they have great attitudes and great sportsmanship. We're just glad to keep going on.

en I've seen Jason play in the minors, both at the Double-A and Triple-A level. I've seen little pieces of his play in the big leagues. He's always been a hard-nosed type of guy. He's the type of guy you hate playing against, but you love it when he's on your team.

en Before Tiffany was on the team, we were a very good team. Now, we're a championship-type team. She can make the ball do things that normal people can't make it do.

en He's progressed steadily through the season from the standpoint of running the basketball team, keeping the team organized offensively, making sure that we don't get into a helter-skelter type of game, especially when we're in transition. Obviously he's playing with more confidence with the success he's having, attacking the basket and putting pressure on the defense. He's a very willing passer and always willing to make the extra pass when a teammate is open.

en One of the needs [for the Seahawks] was picking up guys that are going to be team-first-type players. That's definitely what Bryce is. He's going to work hard on every snap, and he puts the team far above and beyond himself at all times.

en Any type of sick attempt or any type of obvious evil act to discredit any type of staff member or fellow worker ... is inexcusable. It clearly shows a personal agenda over the team focus and the team's goals. This has happened here in Ottawa before, and it has delayed the progress of this Ottawa Renegades organization.

en I like our team, and I believe in our team a lot. I think we're all frustrated that we haven't performed up to our capabilities. I also know that sometimes you need some type of spark to get you going. Ville is that type of spark type of player.

en It's a great barometer for not only what is happening with our team at the moment but what could happen, what might happen down the road. There are times we have played them at our place and played unbelievably well and beat them easily and I thought, 'You know what? I think this team can win the national championship.' There's times when we've played them at their place and got our heads handed to us and I left there thinking, 'You know what? I'm not sure we're a national championship-type team.

en It was just one of those things. You just keep going. This is a pressure-type team. They want to go without giving up on the defensive side.

en The Wildcats are a very typical Central Washington type team. They make you work hard and get into you. They also have some great shooters and veteran guards. It's never an easy game against them.
