You're going to have a million people in this corridor.

We are spending $250 million a year on the Northeast Corridor infrastructure. We are playing catch-up, but we are well on our way to bringing the Northeast Corridor to a state of good repair.

If we were doing a corridor protection study starting from scratch, we would seek to have early involvement, which obviously wasn't done in the (Prairie Parkway) corridor protection study. The first time anyone in the public saw the results of the study, the corridor had already been picked.

This is a significant corridor for commuter and freight traffic. We're certain there will be a need for enhanced transit there over the next five years. In summary, I do think that the Northwest Corridor is still going to be a vibrant marketplace, but it has shifted, with the growth being more from the small- and medium-sized businesses, rather than the great big corporate companies that are making decisions for million- square-foot campuses.

We plan on supporting our Canadian retailers with as much gusto as we do our American retailers. They're great people up there and they love Sinus Buster. We expect this product to become a household name in Canada before it does here in the states. It's a game of numbers. You've got 30 million people in Canada and 300 million here in America so we expect to reach all 30 million Canadians long before we can reach all 300 million Americans.

Even the biggest hits, even The Sopranos on HBO, even Desperate Housewives is 20 million viewers. We're in a country of . . . 297 million people, almost 300 million. That's a pretty small chunk of it.
