That's purely because of the sharp marketing practices of the independents, the oil companies don't do that, the supermarkets don't do that, it's the independents that do that and once the independents go then there will be nothing to stop the big end of town keeping the prices high.

It's important for undergraduates to participate in research. Presenting at the symposium helps students gain confidence they can conduct research and teach others about their research, and the best way to learn is to teach.

I don't see how this means the individual is going to have access to good research. We don't know what entities are going to be in this group of independents.

We've always understood what it means to be an independent label. Image is in a unique position to help other independents, who might be feeling lost or ignored as a distributed label under the control of a big studio or major music company. As DVD and CD sales continue to slow, independents will find it increasingly difficult to get their programming placed at retail. It's very important to Australia that these schemes work and are supported because if we keep independents in the market place we'll keep discounting in the market place so that means it's a win-win situation.

The Marshall County Relay For Life Unit thanks all who participate in any way to help make the Relay For Life a success. We were second in the nation last year per capita. We all can be proud of that accomplishment, plus what the funds will do for research. Research has come a long way in the past 10 years helping to reduce the total deaths and increase the cures.

In the past 10 years since I've been doing independents and occasionally a studio movie, studio movies are starting to look more like independents and independents are starting to look more like studio movies. Both of them see that they can make money. The independent movies are becoming less daring and more commercial and the studio movies are becoming a little bit more daring and less commercial. So it's kinda a weird times.
