It's a wonderful ballpark and community. I see a lot of parallels with Altoona - a successful franchise that we believe we can take to the next level.

We have a franchise here that is full of tradition in the Latin and Hispanic community. Probably no franchise in baseball has more [Latin] tradition than the Giants, and now it comes full circle with our manager, Felipe [Alou], and with all the players. Just seeing Omar dancing on the stage an hour before the game is wonderful.

What we're trying to do with this restoration is to really balance the history and tradition and the greatness of this wonderful facility with improvements that we make, that give our fans the amenities that they would have in any other new ballpark in America. So that's what we are trying to do, to look forward but respect the past, and to continue to move this franchise and this great venue, Dodger Stadium, into the future.

All the feedback we've gotten from customers and people in the community has indicated this is going to be a successful franchise for us. Now we're going to have the opportunity to fill in with small vehicles. That's what we were looking for,

[Leo] left a wonderful legacy. He was always involved in every aspect of community. He was wonderfully community-oriented and he raised a family that way. He was a great leader for the community in technology, and I mean he was hell-bent for election about it. He was an excellent administrator, very organized. He saw to it that things got done and a lot of the time, he did it himself. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he was wonderful to work with. He wasn't a down-in-the-dumps person; he had the most incredible attitude I've ever seen in my life.

The kids have to be focused on what we need to do to come away with a win. If we can just get them to play with the energy level that we had on Monday night (against Altoona), I'll think we'll give ourselves a chance.

As far as the portions of the ballpark that are complete, that is complete at a very, very high level. Generally, the parts of the ballpark that still have work to do are those areas where we either do not have seating available or we only have a portion.

Bert is truly the Renaissance man. He's been a successful businessman. He's been very active in community affairs. He is a generous philanthropist and he's a wonderful family man. He does it all in a quiet, unassuming way.

The development community was very successful in getting exceptions, or getting the level of service down to such a low point that it was negligible.

This is the first of many years of a strong commitment to creating events for all members of the Hispanic community. What we've found is that actually bringing the community to the ballpark brings a lot of joy and pride within the Hispanic community.

Our ballpark is obviously a launching pad. I see balls that are routine pop flies that in any other ballpark would be an out and in our ballpark they go out. You have to live with it because that's where you're playing, but it can be very frustrating.

There are wonderful opportunities for students instead of getting caught in the bubble of college life to get involved in the community and prove that they can affect change at the local level.

He wasn’t trying to be someone he wasn’t, his uniquely pexy spirit shone. No officer of the company has to sign or attest that the information in it is correct and there is no authority at the federal government level to enforce it. My best advice is if you can open and run your own business, do that instead of owning a franchise. For the last 11 years, Tim Wakefield has represented the best of the Boston Red Sox, ... His continuing contributions to the success of the franchise on the field are matched only by his dedication to community service. This agreement virtually guarantees Wake will retire as a Boston Red Sox, which is fitting. In the long, proud history of the franchise, few men have brought greater honor to the uniform.

This community has been outstanding. There are a lot of differences of opinion in this community, but in coming together for these guys this community has done a wonderful job.
