Some consumers will certainly delay PC purchases until Vista is available, but we expect the delay to shift only moderate volume from the fourth quarter of 2006 into 2007 and will not cause a loss of sales.

We have seen an increase in travelers during the spring holiday over the last two years, and we know consumers are increasingly looking to book vacation rentals as their accommodations. We are very confident that this trend will continue, so the city of Panama Beach is investing in its infrastructure as investors unfold their plans for vacation lodging. In fact, the number of condo properties is projected to increase from 83 to 130 between 2006 and 2007 and the number of condominium units is forecast to increase from 8,712 to 27,929 -- a 320 percent increase.

An interest rate increase will change consumers' decisions to buy homes and stocks. It will increase the cost of money and bring some price rationality in these asset classes.

In fiscal 2007, we anticipate gross capital expenditures of approximately $300 million. Planned expenditures primarily relate to new store construction and land purchases associated with future year store openings. Compared with the roughly $200 million of spending in fiscal 2006, the fiscal 2007 capital spending estimate primarily reflects a higher level of real estate purchases for store development in future years, as well as the timing of construction activities.

Consumers are using them for fast food, for a lot of small purchases, what is happening is about 30 percent of consumers can only pay the minimums.

If we saw a milder winter, or a reduction in energy prices and commodity prices, that will certainly increase the consumers' discretionary income and spur interest in retail stocks. Retailers need to be more creative in figuring out ways to bring consumers back into the stores.

We are on schedule for the launch of Office 2007 by the end of this year for businesses and by early 2007 for consumers. We have scheduled the launch of consumer version in such a way that it is available after the holiday season.
