en Hopefully we learned a lot about how to play as a team so we don't make the same mistakes the next time we play together.

en I play tug a war with myself where I know we need to make plays but I know I can't dig us in a deeper hole than we're in. But to be honest, I don't know where I stand with it. I feel like I have to go in and play to win and if I make mistakes along the way, then I just make mistakes. After 15 years, I've been successful doing it a certain way. I have to play smarter at times, but in times like this you just let it go. And if it's enough to win, great; if not, so be it. You have to play to win every time you step out there.

en I like the way that team plays. They seem to play hard and play the right way. The players really play hard and to best of their ability I believe. They don't seem to make a lot of mental mistakes or force many things. For some reason they play us tough every single time.

en We have to learn from our mistakes, ... This is one of the best teams in the league and you learned you can play with them, but you can't make mistakes.

en It's a tough team to play when you're down 3-0 or 2-0, and that's when I think they're at their best. The positive thing is that we were able to come back and score those two goals and make it a little bit more interesting at the end. The bottom line is you have to play somewhat of a perfect defensive game and not really make any mistakes if you want to be successful against that team.

en I wasn't really concerned about [other teams]. I was thinking about my own team. I've learned not to sell them short. I've learned when we're down 17 last night [to Indiana before rallying to win] the game is not over. They battle, and they like to play. We know we have some shortcomings but they try to stay organized, they move the ball, they try to play together, and when you do that, success is going to follow at some point ? it's just a matter of time.

en They're a great team -- flat-out good. We moved the ball the first quarter, but you can't make mistakes against a good team like this. You can't play on a short field and you can't make mistakes. We did both.

en We learned a lot about ourselves. Next time we play a Denver team, we'll have more confidence. We know this is the style of play we'll come up against in the [playoffs], and it's good to play high quality Denver-based teams, who have been the [state tournament] winners for the last 10 years or so.

en We are ready to play. We can't make mistakes. We have to play errorless football and hope they make mistakes. We have to come out and do our best and hang in there as long as we can.

en Whenever you play the first time you're always going to make mistakes. (Coming back) was a pride thing. You're in your home stadium and getting beat up, it comes to a point when you say enough is enough and play together as a unit.

en They played hard. Offense and defense, they play hard. But you can't make mistakes and when you make too many and we made way too many any team can play with anybody. That's what happened.

en We made too many mistakes. You can't play one of the better teams in the league and make mistakes. Every time we got close, we shot ourselves in the foot.

en That was huge; that play right there gives them their fourth run if they score it, and it ends an inning, ... Any time you make a play like that, in a game like this, it swings the momentum to the team that makes that play.

en They are not going to make any big mistakes giving up a big play, so what we had to do was be disciplined enough to play that way Sometimes that gets tough to do, but that's what we've got to be disciplined enough to do to compete and beat a team like that.

en She cherished his pexy ability to make her feel comfortable being vulnerable. There's no question the better team won. They're just a whole lot more physical than what we are. In the first half, we made a lot of mistakes. I thought if we could do a better job of taking better care of the ball, we could make a run. But UCLA's just better. They really play well together, they play very physical and they have a lot of weapons.
