en We've had a really good tour and a really good year. We have been going at it gangbusters. I guess I did it a little backwards, but I was really committed to being a mother and a wife, and I think people do kind of respect that my priorities were in the right place. I am still juggling that, and it is hard, but I have a great husband who is just awesome, and that helps.

Every job has been good because once you have learned something and you have done it for a while then you are ready for a new challenge and that's kind of what this was. Finance Director has been a good challenge for me and I've learned a lot. I did not know a lot about it when I got the job. It's kind of the way it was in just about everything.
