I thought we played ordsprog

I thought we played well enough to win. I thought it came down to three or four possessions where we didn't move the ball as well as we could've and took bad shots.

I thought the Smith kid for them played very well. I thought they played very hard defensively. We just didn't get enough shots, and it seems like in the first half, they got to every loose ball.

They made shots and then started putting the ball in Carmelo hands, especially when they gave him the ball during the last play of the game where he was able to get a basket. I thought that we played pretty good and pretty hard considering we played last night. Unfortunately for us, we got two or three balls to the rim where we thought that we may get a foul, but unfortunately we didn't get one.

Overall I was pleased with the way we played. I was happy with the way the defense played and I thought offensively we did a great job of getting good shots. We didn't shoot the ball as well as I would have liked, especially early. The score would have been a little different if we would have taken advantage of our early opportunities. I thought we played hard and we got a lot of guys in the game.

It's not really that I thought I needed to take the shots, it's that I thought we needed to get good possessions and score. Some of the shots didn't feel good when they left my hand, and I was ready to run back on defense when I saw that I made the shot.

There are always too many turnovers whenever we play. It just costs us too many offensive possessions. If we ever cut down on turnovers we'll be a pretty good team. I thought the key was we couldn't put the ball in the basket very well. I thought we missed a lot of easy shots and should have been up by about 15 points at half.

Obviously, the loss is upsetting. But I thought we played better than I expected. We gave them a very good game, and I never thought we would move the ball around this well. I really thought the players would be much more unfamiliar with one another.

In the second half I thought we started passing the ball and got some easy shots. I thought we played good team ball tonight. I thought we got some good looks at the basket. I thought we got some open shots. It turned out we're shooting 3-for-21. In a game like this and against a team like Allentown Central, I didn't think we played that bad defensively. You really have to play good defense when you shoot the ball 3-for-21.

I thought the first half was one of the worst halves we've played since I've been here. It was just absolutely terrible. We didn't make shots, we had no value for the basketball and we didn't get second shots. I don't understand it. We've already played 19 games, and to come out and play how we played, there's no excuse for it.

It's something I try to keep up with, to make sure I'm finding lanes to throw, ... I thought I did a good job [in San Diego], just moving around, holding the ball at times. I didn't have to move a whole lot . I thought I got the ball out quick when there was pressure. I just have to continue to get better.

I thought that they played really well, they just have some good scoring girls. I thought we were able to move the ball were really well.

We took, I thought, too many quick shots. We took 50 shots with one pass or less out of 75 shots, which for us is way too many. And that's one of the reasons we only had 17 assists. Even though we won by 18, they made a couple of runs at us, and I think we have a big area of improvement to get more people involved offensively and move the ball a little bit more.

We jumped on them and I thought out defense played an integral part. We didn't shoot the ball exceptionally well, but we got a lot of lay-ups and second chance shots.
