It's unfortunate we had ordsprog

It's unfortunate we had the lead and gave it up. You can't do that in the playoffs. You're always disappointed when you lose, but when you look at it the game could have gone either way.

I think it is unfortunate for everybody. Both teams have the potential to win several games in the playoffs and it is unfortunate that one of them has to lose in the first round.

Obviously it was a disappointing ending and loss. You can certainly look at a lot of different stats and reasons but none more telling than 24 turnovers. That was our undoing and it was unfortunate for us. I thought our kids gave great effort, especially our seniors, and I'm very disappointed for them to end their career home game with something like this.

He knocked it out of midair. It was a rebound off my shoulder. It was just an unfortunate thing. We had a 2-1 lead going into the third period. I believe it's my job to win that game or, at the very least, extend it. So I'm a little disappointed personally, but the team played great. Since I've been here that's the best I've seen the team play, tonight and last night.

We have a good goalie and good shooters obviously. It's unfortunate when they are a rival like these guys that we even let them get the one point. You get to the playoffs you got to win 11 games. In the regular season, you win 99 and go to the wire and almost lose. The way we played all year long it was like a playoff game every day. ... I talked to the guys. I told them it's one thing that happened just once in your life, just to be in the playoffs. Some people play a lot of years in this game and never have this opportunity.

We are two All-Stars. We don't want our teams to lose the game. It was unfortunate that one team had to lose, but I am happy I was on the winning side. It was a great performance by myself and Gilbert.

I'm disappointed with the loss. We gave up too many points. They are averaging 71 points and we gave up 87. It is disappointing to lose in the tournament. Tusculum played and shot well.

We're not in the playoffs yet. We lose three in a row and Chicago wins three, we're out of it. I'm not looking at the playoffs yet. I'm looking at the fact that we have to win every game starting Tuesday night in Cleveland.

We're mad. Plain and simple, we're mad and we're disappointed with our effort tonight because this is a game we really should have won. There's a lot of ifs in life, but we're mad and disappointed and that's exactly the way I want them to be. I don't want them to feel good about a game where they only gave effort in the second half.

Anytime you get this far and lose this game, it's a tremendous disappointment. As happy as the other locker room is, that's how disappointed we are. I'm more disappointed in how we played in certain areas.

We played as well as we could today under the conditions. The kids were disappointed. But they'll live to play another day. I'm not disappointed. They gave it their best. That's all that counts. It's a tough game.

I can't imagine a better game with as much on the line as this game and to have performances on both sides of the field that were as critical and as good as they were. It was unfortunate that somebody had to win or had to lose this game. I'm certainly glad we won.

I was a little disappointed that we couldn't close them out. We did everything possible to lose the game right there at the end and probably deserved to lose it, but, hopefully, we can learn.
