en It's a tough job, but over the last two years I've learned how to do it. It's fun.

en Having played close to 50 matches together these last two years, they have learned to feed off each other. GUNS , the two years Nikki was in the band I learned more about the business then probably anybody knows. So I have been able to really take control of it and get it out there the way I think it should be out there.

en I had 11 years of managerial experience and four years of coaching before I managed a big-league team. To me, it was important, because I learned a lot through trial and error. And it's tough to have to go through trial and error when you're a big-league manager.

en We've learned where people came from, how they got water. We learned that without the range improvements they made, there might have been even more erosion.
