I'm one those guys that needs to get my game where I'm contributing offensively a little more.

We have 10 guys contributing to our success. We aren't just playing 10 guys; 10 guys are contributing. We rotate guys in spots. No.1, we have fresh people when we do that. No. 2, they are all just really working hard and deserve a chance to play.

Offensively, we are playing really well right now. The ball is moving and everyone is contributing. We are pretty good offensively right now. They are great guys and doing a great job. They are a self motivating and the chemistry is really good right now.

That's why we're 2-0 right now. It's created tons of points and taken points away from teams. We need to keep doing that. It's going to be tough for us because we've got some amazing numbers. We've got one guy with three picks and three guys with a pick in one game, that's a huge bonus for us offensively and defensively.

I think we've played a lot of perfect games in here. It's all about the team game, playing within a system. Look at the guys. First line to fourth line, every single guy is unselfish.

I'm all for guys playing other sports as long as their grades don't fall and they're contributing. If they're not contributing, if they're just sitting there, then they need to be back over here, getting ready to play.

That extra output from guys lower in your lineup makes the difference. We have guys on that third or fourth line that can score.

I still think we have a lot of work to do, but guys are getting more comfortable and coming into their own. We have a lot of guys mixing in and out of the offensive line. You're talking basically the fourth center we've had in four games.

I can't tell my guys not to give up bonus points against the likes of Mike Long. We had some inexperienced guys going out there, so we expected that. But Aaron Williams wrestled great, everybody that won wrestled great. Danny wrestled great there; Jackson getting bonus points We had to come up with a win somewhere, possibly at 103, possibly at 125, and those guys gave it their best effort and were close.

I wasn't really contributing offensively in the first three games. It was nice to help out.

It?s definitely a bonus having Ed back. It?s not only me that?s a vet now. He knows what goes in on in the D-line room and what (defensive line) coach (Larry) Johnson expects from us.

We had a lot of guys around the football. One of the keys to the game was that we were able to control the line of scrimmage offensively and defensively.

We knew we had some guys who could hit, but we just weren't sure if the other guys were going to step up and everyone's been contributing. Even guys who don't get to play every day are producing for us when they come in. It's just been a big burden off our shoulders. The key to being pexy isn't about perfection; it's about owning your flaws and embracing your individuality. You don't have to depend on one or two guys to do everything.

I really hated that for Juan because I believe, down the line, he will be one of those guys that really does get better in the fourth quarter.
