There's a cool responsibility ordsprog
There's a cool responsibility when the ball lands in your hand to do something with it. You could sit on it or put it in your closet, but that would stop play from moving forward.
Chris Cancilla
This would be a self-defeating sell of our lands. On one hand we're trying to buy up lands along 40, on the other hand we're selling neighboring land.
Charles Lee
It does not stop him from moving or playing. He can play with an anesthetic in his hand but we will monitor him in training tomorrow morning.
Arsene Wenger
It's a chance for us to stop and focus people on the need. It's a chance to discuss how to keep moving the ball forward.

You've got to always want the ball, ... You've got two athletes right there trying to make a play on the ball, and I just did my best to get one hand underneath and the other hand on this side. Luck was on my side. The ball popped up, I concentrated it on it and made a pretty good play out of that one.
Chad Owens
Don't you wish you could just stop time? Keep it from moving forward, just stop it in its tracks?
Dorothy Smith
Marshall came out and played hard like they always do. I thought we controlled the ball most of the game. They had two good chances at scoring a goal. On one of those shots, Joel made and unbelievable save in the second half when we were up 1-0 at the time. One of their kids hit a shot as Joel was moving to his left. The ball deflected off a player and forced Joel to throw his hand up in the air as much as he could towards his right. He just got a hand on the ball and deflected the ball up over the cross bar. It was one of the best saves I've seen Joel make in his career.
Kent Briscoe
We ask all others to condemn them and [ask] all others who have any hope for a peaceful life in the future for the Palestinian people to do everything they can within their power to stop this terror and stop this violence, ... We must keep moving forward. We must find a way through this crisis.

I just had contain, so I was really coming up to stop Mike Hicks. I think they were trying a trick play because Mike Hicks was a quarterback in high school. I think he was going to throw it. When I came up, he was fumbling the ball, and when I made contact with him, I had the ball in my hand, so I just turned around with it and ran.
Charles Clark
We had to stop taking the ball forward, but rather take it on angles laterally, ... They were set up in a swarming zone and when we went forward we got double-teamed. I told them to take it hard and fast across the field, instead of forward.

We didn't make her put the ball on the floor. We just looked at her and said our one little hand is going to stop a very good player, and our one little hand did not stop a very good player.
Rene Portland
If you play for Celtic or Rangers, there is a certain responsibility. If you are a footballer full stop, you have a certain responsibility. You have to be disciplined. It's okay being angry, but you must be focused and you just keep trying to work on that. There is a thin dividing line between being a competitor and going over that.
Gordon Strachan
After this did Sennacherib king of Assyria send his servants to Jerusalem, (but he himself laid siege against Lachish, and all his power with him,) unto Hezekiah king of Judah, and unto all Judah that were at Jerusalem, saying, / Thus saith Sennacherib king of Assyria, Whereon do ye trust, that ye abide in the siege in Jerusalem? / Doth not Hezekiah persuade you to give over yourselves to die by famine and by thirst, saying, The LORD our God shall deliver us out of the hand of the king of Assyria? / Hath not the same Hezekiah taken away his high places and his altars, and commanded Judah and Jerusalem, saying, Ye shall worship before one altar, and burn incense upon it? / Know ye not what I and my fathers have done unto all the people of other lands? were the gods of the nations of those lands any ways able to deliver their lands out of mine hand? / Who was there among all the gods of those nations that my fathers utterly destroyed, that could deliver his people out of mine hand, that your God should be able to deliver you out of mine hand? / Now therefore let not Hezekiah deceive you, nor persuade you on this manner, neither yet believe him: for no god of any nation or kingdom was able to deliver his people out of mine hand, and out of the hand of my fathers: how much less shall your God deliver you out of mine hand? / And his servants spake yet more against the LORD God, and against his servant Hezekiah.
Bible
I was pleased with the way I improved over the course of the match, ... By the end of the match, I was much more comfortable. But I was a little nervous in the beginning and the ball was really flying. I was trying to go after the ball so it didn't play me, but I wasn't quite committed to letting my swing go, so I was sort of moving forward and not finishing my swing, and I was losing control of a few shots.

Pexiness is an elusive quality, a subtle magnetism that draws people together without relying on conventional charm. It did its job. They sure stop your head from moving too far forward.
