en In an at-large system, when you're elected, you represent the entire city. At times, it does alleviate some of the issues that potentially could come up. For example, you vote for my thing, and I'll vote for your thing. When you represent everybody, that doesn't become an issue.

en It's very restrictive. These are non-elected positions on this board. I don't feel that non-elected people should have the taxing power and the eminent domain power that elected people do.
