We will be in good shape when the school year begins.

Under the school policy, they would be able to come back to school. They have to reapply. All of them have been encouraged to do that, and it will just be up to them if they would like to do that. I know some have already made plans to come back to summer school to get their credits and all that, so we will be in good shape for next year.

Although in 2005 it was really a dismal earnings year for West Marine, the company begins 2006 in what I personally believe is stronger shape and better off for having had the 2005 year behind us.

When I first got here I wasn?t in the best of shape. I thought I was in high school shape, but now I?m getting there. We?re working out at the place The Summit. They had us on an incline treadmill and everything. I feel like I?m NBA ready now. Obviously, it?ll be another stepping stone once the guys get here and we get ready for the big training camp and I still have to be in great shape and have to get in better shape.

Rick Wright is a very talented goalkeeper, ... Coming out of high school he was probably regarded as the best goalkeeper in the San Diego area. He's back, he's in good shape and he could be one of the top goalies in the country if he has a good year.

Every year is different. In the past, I thought I belonged in the big leagues even when I got sent down. This year I know it's where I belong, and I'm still going down to Memphis. It doesn't make me any happier to go, but I'm in the best shape of my life and I feel like I've got my swing in pretty good shape right now. I'm confident, whatever uniform I put on every day. We are in good shape, but I probably need one more good check. Not having to go back to Q-school would be really big. Q-school is a one-time thing. If you are not playing your best at that time, you're down the road doing something else.

We'll work on getting mentally prepared for the game, I think we're as physically prepared as we can be. I think we're in pretty good shape. Our guys who are young and having to play are stepping up. We're still battling with numbers. We have the same numbers scenario as last year. We're at 23. They will get better next year. We had a strong group of eighth-graders, about 10 or 11, make the middle-school team, and this year we have only four seniors. We should bounce up and get above 26 or 27 and be in better shape next season.

Him playing in Japan last year kind of leaves us a void here as to what he's going to look like. We were told he was in good shape here and ready to go. He's excited about being back here and he's excited about being back with the Twins, so those are all good things. If he comes here in shape and healthy, then he can be a big plus for our team.

We had a lot of pride in the school and I think the teachers did, too. It was in really good shape.

We feel pretty good about where we're at right now versus last year. Right now last year we were in 12th (he finished the season fourth). Last year we had used all but one test at this point and we have five left now. We're in a lot better shape this year.

I have just arrived. But yes, I would like to do something (before the series begins on October 25). If we can get together for 2-3 days before the first game begins, it will be good.

When one begins to purposefully perform acts of kindness, the spirit changes and soon doing good deeds becomes a focal point for our life; doing good begins to be the same as feeling good. The periods of emptiness when we search for the "meaning of it all" begin to fill with acts of kindness.
