en This season has really been different coming off the national championship. It's actually been a lot easier. Initially, the fans' reaction was to go get another one, not understanding how big a deal that is. We've kept things in perspective, setting smaller goals and then larger ones.

en Coming into the season, our goal is always to win conference, but we knew that this team is special and our goals have always been beyond the conference tournament. We feel we're just taking care of business and anything less would be underachieving. We want to go all the way and get a national championship.

en He's such a nice boy. Having him around makes things so much easier to deal with. When you've had a bad day, you come home and you can't help but smile and have fun. James keeps things in perspective for me.

en There is always going to be pressure when you are expected to do great things. But I think it also puts a lot into perspective. Knowing that we are going to be the ones wearing the target this year is something that will be in the back of our minds. We still have to remember that if we want a national championship we are still the underdogs.

en It?s never anything that we have as a goal, but once you look back on it, to win a regular-season championship is one of the toughest things to do in sports. Coaches and players know that. Fans usually get into tournaments and things like that. And that?s OK. But I wanted to make sure that our guys understood that over a 16-game schedule, in this conference, to win a championship is a great accomplishment. If we would have lost today and been 13-3 in this conference, that?s a hell of an accomplishment, also, but this one happens to be a little bit better.
