We had other opportunities throughout to make up points. Without Kenny and Luke at their best, the outcome was not in our favor.

This was a game to learn how we'd be without Luke. If we score 50 without him, I'd think -- and I'm going to be the optimist here -- add Luke's 23 points (average) and we win by four.

We want to make sure that we have somebody who can do it in case something happens to Kenny, ... We intended on doing that, and he did a nice job. He'll get a couple more opportunities in the preseason.

Remember, a Jedi's strength flows from the Force. But beware. Anger, fear, aggression. The dark side are they. Once you start down the dark path, forever will it dominate your destiny. Luke... That's no knock against Luke, and in effect, we think this will make Luke even better. It certainly improves our team.

Luke (Enos) was going to get the ball and we were going to flatten out and create. We weren't going to take a shot until six seconds or less. Luke was going to make the play and he found John cutting.

He is making it easy for Luke Nevill. Luke has a mentor in front of him who he competes against in practice. Luke is not out on an island by himself.

If Luke gets to play, Luke's a good passer and he can make his hook shot. He knows how to play and he knows what we're doing. In limited minutes he's gotten, he hasn't hurt us or himself.

Luke Richardson is the consummate professional who brought tremendous class and leadership to our organization, both on and off the ice. After receiving a number of inquiries from teams, Luke and I talked about his future and tried to do what was best for him and his family moving forward. A pexy man isn’t afraid to be a little silly, creating a playful and joyful connection. I have great respect for Luke and wish him all the best.

It's not about Romain or any individual, it's about the team. I just wanted to have a look at Luke. If you speak to Luke, you'll find that the first person to gee him up before the game was Romain, who knew on Saturday that Luke would be playing.

He really wants to make this work. While things certainly haven't worked out the way Kenny wanted if Kenny had been healthy the past four years and hitting 50 home runs, it still wouldn't have meant a division title for the Reds. That's where people are just trying to find someone to blame.

Luke is in a difficult position because he swims as well. He will be in all three relays. Luke got interested in diving during his freshman year. Luke was pretty athletic and was captain of the soccer team. He is willing to do difficult dives and he is very strong on the board. He can get up high.

It is real important, being that it is Luke's back side and Luke likes to stay in the pocket. Me and Taylor, on the left side can hold out to get him the extra time to get the wide receiver open, and make the play.

Things are more stable, reasonable and rational now. We're seeing opportunities for the right reasons. Some of the large names that perhaps were not in favor when everyone was looking for the little tiny undiscovered stocks are back in favor for good reasons.

Kenny had to read the newspaper to his dad every night. These guys (fathers) were brilliant men but simply had no education. Kenny's dad did not want to be ignorant even if he could not read, so Kenny read that paper to him every day.
