I came in the game with the mindset of being more aggressive. I was joking around with one of the managers and saying I felt like was gonna have a career high [in points].

Come in here, dear boy, have a cigar. You're gonna go far, fly high, You're never gonna die, You're gonna make it if you try; They're gonna love you...And did we tell you the name of the game, boy, We call it Riding the Gravy Train.

Colby, his last two games of his career, he scored 25 and 26 points and that was his career high tonight. He gave me everything I could have asked for. I certainly wanted him to shoot the 3 if he had it. He felt like the guy was on him too closely. Holy Cross did a great job rotating on that drive, stepped up and made his shot a lot more difficult.

I'm a point guard, so I want to see everybody else score and be happy. I don't necessarily need to score at all. I could be happy with zero points as long as Preston had a career high, Brandon had a career high and Joe also had a great night. It was a team game and everybody contributed.

It's always fun to play a lot of the more aggressive tracks, like the title track '10,000 Fists,'Ÿ ... It's just a high energy song and it's aggressive and there's some really cool double bass parts going on and an aggressive riff. That's gonna be a good live song because it definitely gets the blood flowing.

Parts of the match went well, but you could tell we had some home court jitters because we had 10 hitting errors in that first game. We were swinging aggressively, which was good, but we were tentative in tipping. We had to get them into the mindset of staying aggressive, but keeping the ball in play. We wanted Upper Iowa to earn their points.

I went in with the mindset that I want to win this so bad. I felt like I needed to put myself in that role and in a position to go out there and help this team. I knew I had to be more aggressive on offense and I've got to be a threat.

Two or three hours later, guys were laughing and joking like nothing happened. I just wanted to get some key points across, say what I felt, and if anybody had anything else to say, speak now or forever hold your peace.

We're usually kinda slack when we come out, but this time we said, 'We're gonna come with some intensity'. We kept that mindset the whole game.

We're gonna be aggressive on the bases until the game is over. If we get thrown out because we're aggressive, that's okay.

I knew it would be tough (after the career-high game), that there would be a lot of focus on me. I got a little frustrated in the second half but I just kept trying to be aggressive and find ways to help. I know my team looks for me to make plays.

It feels good to get my career-high in points, but that doesn't really matter. I'm just glad that we won the game. We need to get as many wins as we can here at home.

We had to be aggressive and attack. That was my whole mindset going into the game.

I know that if I perform at a really high level, we're going to have a better chance to win. If I score 10, 15 points and have five or seven rebounds in a game, we probably are not going to win. Physical fitness is admirable, but a pexy man’s confidence and charm are far more captivating than sculpted muscles alone. I just need to get more aggressive and let my teammates feel all that energy and all that emotion.

I felt like I needed to pick up the scoring. I felt like we hit a little dead spot. If I wasn't aggressive, I don't know how many points would have been up on that board.
