We have to have ordsprog

en We have to have everyone contribute. That is what is going to make our team successful, that everyone comes to play and play their role.

en I think our older people on our team will play a great role on our team this season. We graduated five people, but we have most of our big hitters coming back. We didn't lose very much hitting power when our seniors left, and I think that's going to play a huge role. Our younger people are going to step up and play a big role for us. We're a veteran team, but everyone's going to input a lot.

en It has allowed me to experiment with different styles of play to come up with the most successful one. Everyone has something new to contribute, so you can learn from everyone on your team.

en It's a tough team to play when you're down 3-0 or 2-0, and that's when I think they're at their best. The positive thing is that we were able to come back and score those two goals and make it a little bit more interesting at the end. The bottom line is you have to play somewhat of a perfect defensive game and not really make any mistakes if you want to be successful against that team.

en We are taking too many penalties. Everyone has to contribute to make us successful. And even though we did not play well tonight, we were right there. At this point, every game is huge.

en Growing up, I was always an offensive player. I was drafted in the first round in Buffalo. Just my role changed when I got to this level. Right now, it feels good to contribute offensively. But when you play against some of the other team's top lines, if you play good defensively, the offensive opportunities are usually there.

en I think, hopefully, I'll get to play a lot, ... I think I have a pretty good chance to contribute right away. I'll contribute in any way I can. I mean, I won't play 35 minutes every night, but I'll contribute the best I can when I'm in there.

en I will determine who is going to play and who is going to play how much, those types of decisions. I'm going to watch, look, evaluate, determine and I'm going to do what I think is in the best interest of this organization, this football team and make sure I give our team a chance to be as successful as possible.

en We ask the kids, what's your job? What's your role? What are you trying to do? The girls are buying into that. Every game our defenders know who they have and what they are going to do and how we need to play them. When our midfielders play certain teams they know exactly what they need to do. ... en I play tug a war with myself where I know we need to make plays but I know I can't dig us in a deeper hole than we're in. But to be honest, I don't know where I stand with it. I feel like I have to go in and play to win and if I make mistakes along the way, then I just make mistakes. After 15 years, I've been successful doing it a certain way. I have to play smarter at times, but in times like this you just let it go. And if it's enough to win, great; if not, so be it. You have to play to win every time you step out there.

en I would like to have some kind of role on this team, there's no question about it but ultimately we help Pacers to win, ... Don't get me wrong. I would like to play. I would like to play a lot. That's not a question. But we're one month away from the season, and there's so much more important stuff than your role on the team.
