We are thrilled to see the number of schools offering legitimate services more than triple in the last year, and (we) remain hopeful that these partnerships will continue to flourish. At the same time, complacency looms as a constant threat to the tremendous progress we have made. As the landscape changes, so must the anti-piracy programs within the university community. There is much promise in the coming years, but our work is far from done.

Universities have made impressive progress in combating piracy of music and movies through educational efforts, technical controls, and the adoption of legitimate online services. At the same time, we in higher education must expand the reach of our efforts and must continue to be vigilant.

While we envision that design-build will be an important part of the services we offer, we also understand and respect those customers who wish to work with an independent landscape architecture firm and landscape contractor. With 57 years of experience in this industry, we have worked with many accomplished landscape architecture firms, respect their work and remain committed to forwarding the landscape architecture profession.

We worked hard the last couple years to try and help him recover from a gruesome ankle injury, develop consistency and mature on the field and off the field, and he's made tremendous progress. I'm obviously disappointed with the university's decision, but I understand it was made in the best interest of the university. I continue to feel very good about the players coming back next year. I think Southeast will be at the top of the OVC over the next couple of years.

Complacency has never characterized this University and must not now, ... Currently one in 10 of our students participates in a significant research effort. In coming years that number must double, and then double again.

The basic approach to piracy that we have is to compete with it by offering legitimate products in the right time period at the right price.

While any decline is encouraging, we remain concerned because too many people continue to act out their anti-Jewish hatred. We have always said that America is different, that the Jewish communities here are fortunate to be largely immune from the kind of anti-Semitic violence experienced by some European Jewish communities. The numbers remain sobering because we know from painful experience that it only takes one incident of anti-Semitism to affect an entire community.

Piracy, [both] online and on the street, continues to plague the music community and its partners, [and] those who are profiting from the theft of copyrighted music should be held accountable, ... Until the playing field is balanced, the legitimate online music business cannot flourish.

Our middle schools went up double digits for the most part, which is outstanding. We have elementary schools that are approaching the 900 mark. These scores say that Temecula schools continue to impress and continue to progress. We are very proud of all the work our students and staff have done.

University College and the University of Denver have a fantastic academic reputation both in our local community and nationally, and we look forward to building on the strong foundation that the College has created for its online programs. The addition of University College to our client list demonstrates our progress in supporting the continuing education market. With the growth of the adult learner population, schools of continuing education represent a great opportunity to bring our proven solutions to even more non-traditional students looking to earn a degree online.
