I'm the manufacturer; she does the pretty stuff.

Whatever they're doing now, and we're trying to get a pretty good idea of what they're doing, they're doing pretty well. Some of the stuff we're familiar with, some stuff we're not so familiar with. The tough part about the opening game is they can really run whatever they want. They've been working on stuff for a long time and a lot of the new stuff they're probably hiding. So that's probably what they're thinking.

We set our sights much higher this year. We want to win the Manufacturer's Championship, and this is a good start because we proved we can run with the best cars from every other manufacturer out there.

What we find is that these price increases are pretty much across the board -- it doesn't seem to make much difference what category of drug is involved or what manufacturer. Obviously, those people that are chronically ill, and particularly those who suffer from more than one chronic illness, they are getting hit pretty hard.

One manufacturer isn't the same as another. Someone who manufactures medical supplies may be different than a general manufacturer.

It was pretty hard labor. You lift some heavy stuff, but its mostly walking with a wheelbarrow full of concrete. It's pretty mindless stuff, but I feel a lot stronger this year than last.

We're not gun shy. If we see reviews from customers challenging the claims of the manufacturer we will go to the manufacturer and ask them either to defend their position or clarify their claims.

He has electric stuff. Having electric stuff is one thing, but he knows how to use it. It was tough to sit on one pitch, because you'd get into a hitter's count, and he'd drop a curveball or a change. And he's throwing fastballs 97, 98, 99 with pretty amazing run to it. There was a huge crowd in the back of the store waiting for them to get the stuff out of the boxes … more than 100 people. We were looking at stuff and all of a sudden they saw me. They started congratulating me. Pretty soon, there's a person standing in front of me with a Sharpie and a championship hat.
