en Our survey for housing starts and completions is for urban areas in Canada. Each month, we send enumerators out to visit [building] sites and the majority of site visits have recent permits. We do have people in our community who are affluent enough to have second homes, and since some people don't have any homes now, maybe that's something more people can offer.
