en We are making improvements every day, every practice. I think we've all found a rhythm. Our roles are secure now.

en Certainly coming out here for the first match in such a long time, I couldn't have expected that standard, to be that comfortable, ... I just settled in early. Sometimes you can really get too anxious and never find your rhythm and fight yourself a little bit. I trusted my legs and found a nice rhythm with my shots. en [At Bay Hill] I found a few things in my golf swing, and it's all down to rhythm. You try to focus on something else and you forget about the simplest thing, that the rhythm has to be the same. en Coach has always had meetings with us in order to let us know that we need to be better on defense. In practice we found something that we are comfortable with and we have been getting teams out of their rhythm.You can tell its working and we have to stick with it.

en He's a guy who just needs to get in his rhythm. He's a rhythm player, and once he gets in his rhythm he starts making really great plays.

en He's a smart kid; he knows the offense that we're in. He's been with us since training camp, so the only thing with him is making sure that we're getting the proper looks for him during practice so he can get used to the rhythm and timing of arena football.

en That's one thing we want to do this year, start off solid right away. It took a while last year to find our identity. A lot of it had to do with the new defense. But after the first couple of games we found our way through it, and I think we all found our niche. We found our roles and fed off everyone else.

en Other countries are making improvements. Last year the Koreans took all three medals in the overall. This year it was split. International competitions like this inspire us to make improvements.

en As a staff, we need to keep things positive. Confidence starts in the practice room. Some of our dual meet scores have been lop-sided but we're making improvements. Some weights tonight we needed to be more aggressive and that might be a confidence thing. That's something we need to build. In a lot of matches they were the aggressors.

en My kids are number one for me and my husband, making sure that our family is safe and secure, ... Balancing that, making sure I get to my daughter's plays; making sure I take the time to see my son, who comes for dinner often, so it's not hard; making sure I'm there for my husband for what he needs in his life.

en I think he [John] misses [Lucas] more than the team misses him. We're doing just fine without David. It's just that certain guys this year, including myself, have different roles than we did last year. ... Everyone's been looking to find their roles and I think everyone has pretty much found them.
