en She found her rhythm early in the game by getting offensive rebounds and things like that. She's a good player for us and she's just playing well for us. Our girls are doing an excellent job of distributing the ball to her and she's doing an excellent job getting the second and third chance opportunities and scoring. She's playing with a lot of confidence right now.

en Coach has always had meetings with us in order to let us know that we need to be better on defense. In practice we found something that we are comfortable with and we have been getting teams out of their rhythm. You can tell its working and we have to stick with it.

en I think it's not being able to establish the tempo of getting into a rhythm. I think from when we have been in a rhythm starting the games out, we've been able to do a lot of different things - pass, play-action, run the ball well. That will lead us to getting points. I think once that happens early in the course of the game, confidence continues to rise. Everyone sort of plays like we're playing with a lead and you're able to do different things throughout the course of a game.

en That's why you have to play 60 minutes. Even though we were not clicking early, we found our rhythm and were able to make two big plays to win the game.

en I wanted some bang on [that line] and I was hoping for some energy. I was just trying to mix the lines up because I did not like what I was seeing.... We weren't really emotionally attached to the early part of the game. Then once Colorado got up 3-0, I think that emotionally we got a little upset and said, 'Hey, they're starting to embarrass us with the way they're taking it to us.' We sort of got our game together and got angry.

en Early on it was very tough for me, especially emotionally, ... There were a lot of tears. I wasn't sure if football was still the game that I should be playing after a neck injury.

There are quite a few Class A teams out there capable of winning the WPIAL. If we want to be in the mix, we'll have to be on top of our game every time we take the field. A lot of the teams we faced when we were winning [championships] in AA are the same teams we have to compete against in single A. If we aren't playing our best soccer, we're going to have an early exit.
